Wild Flowers on Manhattan Street by Victry "As I stroll my way through the streets of Manhattan, I see people coming and going, entering in and exiting out from vendors and places of textiles and gems finding new owners to care for them. There I was a simple girl looking for the meaning of things. Not knowing were my next meal will be. Thinking how I'm going to make ends meet. Then a yellow beautiful canary showed up just in front of me. It was all happy when it found all sorts of edible things to eat: wild flowers, worms, bugs, and bread crumbs from someone's else meal. How small things like these, reminded me, that I'm more worth than a small yellow bird on Manhattan street."
Wild Flowers on Manhattan Street is a raw composition of how nature intertwine with city life. An unsophisticated dark gray street was made as a backdrop for this painting. The street becomes livable as it captures a moment in time by adopting temporarily an ice cream spill, bubble gum, wild flowers, and twigs. And what best than to have yellow canaries to welcome the new season.Buy Now
